Ever since Lloyd bought his first home in 1979 at age 22, he has always had an interest in Real Estate.  He started to acquire rental properties in the early ’90s.  Lloyd has been licensed as a Real Estate Sales Agent in 1998, and  a Real Estate Broker in 2002.  With a background in construction and small business, and as a landlord of many years, Lloyd brings a unique background as well as some fresh options and resources to help his clients achieve the best possible results.  Helping Sellers with a Short Sale is very rewarding.

Carol is a Real Estate professional that enjoys finding a home that matches the likes and wants of the Buyer and their family.  She has her Masters in Administration.  She has been a Real Estate professional since 1998 and a Registered Nurse since 1978.
