Since Lloyd bought his first home in 1979 at age 22, he has always had an interest in Real Estate.  He started to acquire rental properties in the early nineties.  Lloyd was licensed as a Real Estate Sales Agent in 1998, and as a Real Estate Broker in 2002.  With a background in construction and small business, and as a landlord of many years, Lloyd brings a unique background as well as some fresh options and resources to help his clients achieve the best possible results.

Carol is a people person and a Real Estate professional that enjoys finding a home that matches the likes and wants of the Buyer and family.  She has a BA in Health Care and Administration and is near completion of her Masters’ degree in Administration.  She has been a Real Estate professional for 10 years and a Registered Nurse for 31 years.
